Hydraulic system temperature is too high

Cause of failure: System pressure is too high; oil cooling system is faulty; overload caused by hydraulic pump.

Solution: The safety valve pressure should be timely adjusted to the proper; overhaul or replace the damaged parts; stop the overload operation.

Hydraulic motor oil noise and vibration

Cause of failure: Air blowing; connection is too loose or misaligned.

Solution: The air should be removed promptly and the hydraulic fluid level checked; adjust the tightening and check the seal and bearing.

Hydraulic motor moves slowly

Cause of failure: low oil pressure; low oil; too much oil viscosity; caused by hydraulic motor wear.

Solution: The flow should be adjusted as needed; increase the oil temperature; if the viscosity of the oil is too high, change the oil; check the motor or replace it.

Insufficient oil supply or excessive oil in hydraulic system

Cause of failure: Improper adjustment of flow control valve; small crane Improper adjustment of safety valve/unload valve; External leakage of system.

Solution: Re-adjust the valve as required; tighten the connector to discharge air.

Unstable working equipment, violent vibration of the pipeline

Cause of failure: Instable pressure; air in the system; back pressure valve spool is not flexible.

Solution: Adjust the safety valve, clean the filter or change the oil; tighten the connector, exhaust the air, replace the seal; repair or replace.

Too many hydraulic oil bubbles

Failure reason: The oil number is wrong, the viscosity is not suitable, and the safety valve is worn or damaged.

Solution: Replace the appropriate oil; overhaul or replace the worn safety valve.

Broken hose

Cause of fault: Hose specifications are incorrect; hose bend radius is not appropriate.

Solution: Replace the hose that meets the specifications; follow the new hose with the correct bend radius.

Steering speed is abnormal

Cause of failure: Improper adjustment of safety valve; insufficient supply of hydraulic motor; wear of slewing bearing.

Solution: Re-adjust the safety valve; clear the filter, small crane check whether there is oil leakage, if the oil spill should be promptly eliminated; repair or replace the damaged parts. Working mechanism brake slip

Cause of failure: Excessive gap between brake band and brake drum; brake with oil contamination; brake band wear.

Solution: Adjust the gap; clean up oil; replace with new wear.

Each gear unit generates heat or sound

Cause of failure: Lubricant oil level is low; oil seal damage oil leakage; gear wear is too large.

Solution: Add lubricating oil; replace oil seal; replace worn gear.

Unsteady walking mechanism

Cause of the problem: The track is too tight or too loose; the track roller or the roller is damaged.

Solution: Adjust the tension of the track; repair or replace the new towing wheel or roller.

Track deviation or track
